▪ Caption/Abstract:		Big Heart Day at Dornoch Academy, Friday 23rd February 2007. Pupils paid a pound to come to school in fancy dress and the day consisted of such events as; A Slave Auction, where members of Staff were auctioned off for a day; "Belle Baba", beautiful "baby"(!) competition for fancy dress; Pram Race; Dodgeball - Staff against Pupils; Head shave (three participants - Marc Davidson, Robert York and Richard Grant); Leg Wax (two participants - Deion Impallomeni, a Swiss boy and Daniel Holmes); Next Factor - Flop Idol. To top the day off nicely there was the ever popular "Gunge the Teacher"! In 3rd place was Miss Laing; in 2nd place was Mr MacKenzie but top of the shop once more was the ever 'popular' Mr Ross. The day raised the grand total of £1,392.00
